Rock Tipper Rigid Body are made with a curved body structure for higher impact bearing capacity and they have higher wear resistance. And are superior when it comes to durability. A tipper body is typically mounted on the chassis of a lingle truck, often a rigid truck with a front cab and rear cargo area. It is a self-contained unit with its own hydraulic lifting mechanism.
The cargo in a tipper body is loaded from the top, and the entire body can be tilted to unload the cargo at the rear. This makes it well-suited for ma- terials that need to be dumped or unloaded quickly. The Structure is built with Hardox 450 plate which is known for being the world's leading abrasion resistant Steel and these are the perfect choice for tippers. The toughness of Hardox wear plate means less deformation and fewer cracks. It also has Unique wear resistance and good Structural Strength.
